Artist Adam Borut developed this collection of acrylic Four In A Row designs driven by the conviction that the games we love shouldn’t be hidden away in a closet when not in use.
Drawing inspiration from Bauhaus design, the game pieces are composed of the intersection of two half-circles. The game body reflects the clean utilitarian lines of brutalist architecture. Together the elements are reminiscent of mid-century modern wallpaper and textiles.
Beyond providing engaging gameplay, square game pieces can be arranged in multiple orientations to create different patterns, transforming the game into a dynamic art piece that enhances any room.
Each game is handmade in Chicago by the artist.
Packaged in an elegant and sturdy dark blue gift box for easy transport and a great unboxing experience. Includes signed artist statement.
